Are there any age restrictions? Saturday 25th May - Over 16s only 16 - 17 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21 (one adult minimum to two 16 - 17 year olds)
Sunday 26th May - All ages permitted 0 - 17 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21 (one adult minimum to two 0 - 17 year olds)
What times do the gates/arena open and close at Black Isle Belter? Saturday 25th Gates/Arena Open - 13:00 Last Admission - 19:00 Arena Closes - 22:30
Sunday 26th Gates/Arena Open - 11:00 Last Admission - 16:30 Arena Closes - 20:00
Can I leave and re-enter Black Isle Belter? Ticket holders who leave the Arena will not be permitted to re-enter the Event. You may only leave and then re-enter the Venue during the Event at the discretion of the Organisers. Otherwise there shall be no re-admissions or pass outs of any kind.
What are the stage times? Stage times will be published closer to the event.
Can I bring my dog to Black Isle Belter? With the exception of special assistance dogs, authorised working dogs and police dogs, no animals are permitted at the Event.
Can I bring my own food and drink to Black Isle Belter? You are not permitted to bring food or drink of any type into the Arena. Any food or drink found will be confiscated. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the Event. Anyone with a medical condition which requires them to bring food and/or drink into the Arena should contact organisers in advance blackislebelter@beyondpresents.co.uk to obtain an authorisation letter or make themselves known to the gate manager/supervisor of the Event who will assist accordingly. Please be aware that no glass is permitted on site.
Hard plastic, metal, or glass water bottles or backpack hydration packs are not permitted into the Event and will be confiscated and cannot be returned. Please only bring empty soft water bottles or empty collapsible/foldable drinking pouches with you to fill at the drinking water points available in the Arena.
Can I bring my camping chair or gazebo? You are unable to bring camping chairs or gazebos into the event. A full list of prohibited items can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
What are the ground conditions like at Black Isle Belter? The event is being held on the Black Isle Showground which is a flat grass field with tarmac paths around the site, however, please prepare for all weathers as this is the Highlands in May and the weather can be somewhat unpredictable.
Ticket Information How much are Black Isle Belter Tickets? Saturday 25th Over 16s £40 + BF
Sunday 26th Over 16s £40 + BF 5 - 15 Year Olds £20 + BF Under 5s £Free of Charge Please note tickets for Under 5s and 5 - 15 can only be purchased with Over 16s tickets.
Are Payment Plans available for Black Isle Belter? No
How do I access my ticket(s)? Your tickets will be emailed to you 14 days before the event. These tickets should be retained to be scanned as the point of entry.
Are paper tickets available? No, tickets are available as etickets only.
What happens if I bought a ticket and can no longer attend? If you are unable to attend due to a change in your circumstances we suggest passing your ticket(s) on to family or friends as we are unable to issue a refund. Refunds are only considered on major cancellation i.e. the Event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled.
Can I pass on my tickets privately? Yes, you can pass them on to family or friends if you are no longer able to attend but please ensure you are passing on the correct ticket type for the person you are transferring to.
Do I need to have a ticket for my child to accompany me to Black Isle Belter? Everyone attending the event must have a valid ticket, regardless of age.

Is Disabled Parking available? Parking at the event is free. If you would like to access Disabled Parking please display your badge on the dashboard of your vehicle and stewards will direct you to the designated area. Please note that disabled spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Camping Does Black Isle Belter have onsite camping? No, Black Isle Belter is a non camping event.
Travel Information By Bus D&E Coaches will be operating Shuttle Buses to and from the Venue on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May. Buses will depart from Inverness Bus Station and will drop passengers at the Venue in the designated drop off point only. Buses will return from the same point to Inverness Bus Station in the evening. Saturday 25th May First Bus Departs Inverness Bus Station 12:30 Last Bus Departs Inverness Bus Station 18:30 Returns from the Venue commence at 22:00 Sunday 26th May First Bus Departs Inverness Bus Station 10:30 Last Bus Departs Inverness Bus Station 16:00 Returns from the Venue commence at 19:30
Tickets are available from TicketWeb. By Car Traffic travelling North from Inverness should follow the A9 North to Tore Roundabout. Traffic travelling South from Invergordon/Tain areas should also follow the A9 South to the Tore Roundabout. Exit along the A832 to Muir of Ord. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles to the Muir of Ord Industrial Estate turn off. Turn left onto the B9169. The car park is located on the right. Traffic travelling from Beauly and West of Beauly should follow the A862 to Muir of Ord where you will be directed right into the Muir of Ord Industrial Estate junction and onto the B9169. The car park is located on the left. Traffic travelling from Ullapool, Dingwall and Conon Bridge should drive into Muir of Ord and at the Tarradale Hotel junction signage will direct you along the A832. Turn right onto the B9169. The car park is located on the right. By Taxi Taxis will follow the same routes as cars (above). Taxis will need to be arranged directly. There will be a drop off point signposted. By Rail The nearest station is at Muir of Ord, a three-minute drive, or 20 minute walk to the Venue. See National Rail for train times.
